Sunday 22nd April 2007 SGWL K/O Cup Final @ Elmswell FC
Brandon Lasses 0 Waveney Girls A 2
Brandon lost narrowly to their boggie side in this entertaining Suffolk girls league cup final.
The game was very sporting and played at a fast pace in hot conditions.
Waveney scored a goal in each half.

Sunday 15th April 2007 Brandon Lasses 1 Waveney Girls A 3

Brandon put up a great effort in this top table clash, sadly it wasn't quite enough.
 Lasses held the opponents for most of the 1st half, but lost concentration just before the break losing two quick goals. Brandon made a significant change at half time introducing Chelsey Newell to good effect and it wasn't long before she scored. As lasses pushed for the equaliser Waveney broke away and made it 3-1 putting the game beyond Brandon's reach. Special praise should go to the work of Amber Browne, Rachel Lynch, Lilly Reynolds and P.O.M. Chelsey Newell.

Sunday 11th March 2007 Brandon Lasses 11 Bacton Utd 3

Brandon were able to give some of their squad players a run out and they all performed very well. Lasses stormed into an early lead. With goals from Chelsey Newell 2, Rachel Lynch and Tash Dawson. A spirited Bacton by half time had pulled two back. The second half started like the first with quick fire goals Newell, Basson 3. Lynch scored the goal of the game (her 2nd), before Newell and Basson Brought the scoring to a close with their fourth each.

Sunday 4th March 2007 Honington Foxes 2 Brandon lasses 6
K/O Cup Semi Final

Brandon earned themselves a cup final place with this win against a competitive Honington side. The lasses took the lead with a well worked Harriet Mills goal. The visitors struck back from a corner, before Brandon conceded a  penalty which was saved by Amber Browne but foxes scored from the rebound. Lasses were quick to reply: Sally Eastwood scoring from a direct free kick. Brandon started the second half much better and were back in front with a goal from Kayleigh Nolan. Nadine Basson got number four, quickly followed by one from Lilly Renolds. The final goal came from Rachel Lynch, her first for the club.

Sunday 25th February 2007 Brandon Lasses 7 Copleston SC 2
 

Lasses secured runners up slot with this win. After a slow start Brandon took the lead with a poachers goal by Chelsey Newell. Nadine Basson got two great goals before half time.
In the second period Lasses were able to rest some of their regular girls and give new players a chance,  and they all put on an excellent display.
Goals came at regular intervals from Harriet Mills, and three more from player of the match Nadine Basson, who has brought her personal tally to 40 for the season so far.

Sunday 18th February 2007 Brandon Lasses 8 Waveney Girls B 0

Brandon started slowly, but their patience was rewarded when Nadine Basson broke the deadlock. Chelsey Newell added a second before Basson scored again just before half time. The second period started with lasses pressing again and it wasn't long before Basson got her hat trick. Lilly Reynolds put in a tremendous second half display, resulting in three goals for her. Rachel Lynch hit the post from distance, before Chelsey Newell brought the scoring to a close with her second.

Sunday 4th February 2007 Brandon Lasses 3 St. Johns 1

This was a hard fought win for the Lasses, not helped by two regulars missing. With a patched up side Brandon took the match to the visitors, and got their reward when Tash Dawson scored from a rebound following a corner.
         The second half started with a great individual effort from Nadine Basson in the opening seconds of the restart. This woke St. Johns up and they replied with a fine goal of their own. Player of the match Tash Dawson had a superb game and her defending kept out the visitors as St. Johns pushed for an equaliser, but Chelsey Newell killed off the fight back with Brandon's 3rd. Final score 3-1

Sunday 21st January 2007 Whitton Utd 0 Brandon Lasses 10

In two previous encounters this season against close rivals Whitton the ties were decided by a single goal but in this fixture the Lasses really hit form with a convincing victory.
Brandon raced into an early lead through Nadine Basson, followed shortly by one from Kayleigh Nolan. Number three came courtesy of Sally Eastwood's penalty. Basson brought the first half scoring to a close with her second after a fine solo run and shot. Number five was scored by Chelsey Newell, followed by Lilly Reynolds scoring from close range. Megan Norton cracked one in from the edge of the area. Then Harriet Mills go the goal she deserved. Basson brought the score to 10 with two more near the end taking her tally to four . This was Brandon's best performance of the season against tough opponents.

SGWL K/O Cup 1/4 Final

Brandon were made to fight all the way in this cup quarter final. Lasses took the early lead through Nadine Basson . The same player soon added her second, but back came the visitors with a goal of their own. A slick move by Brandon saw Basson score her hat trick. The second half began with Brandon playing against the wind and and that plays a big part in Whitton equaliser. Brandon then hit the bar and when the visitors were awarded a penalty, it looked like the home side were going out of the cup, but the penalty was missed. With seconds remaining Basson scored her forth to win it.

Sunday 17th December 2006 Honnington Foxes 0 Brandon Lasses 8

Brandon started slowly, but once Lilly Reynolds had scored the lasses found their rhythm. It wasn't long before Nadine Basson scored a brace, however she missed her chance of a hat-trick when the keeper saved her penalty on half time. The second half started with Brandon scoring within the first minute when Nadine Basson got her hat-trick quickly followed by her forth. Tash Dawson's corner was turned in by a defender for number 6 but the pick of the goals was the first of Kayleigh Nolans two, which brought the final score to 8-0.

Sunday 12th November 2006 Bacton Utd 1 Brandon Lasses 13
Brandon started brightly, Chelsey Newel scored in the first minute, quickly followed by her second. Nadine Basson got in on the scoring act and scored five quick goals. By half time Bacton had clawed one back. The second half started much the same as the first and it wasn't long before Nadine had got her sixth. Harriet Mills scored her first of the season. Chelsey then got her hat trick before Amber Browne got three more. final score 13 - 1

Sunday 5th November 2006 Copleston SC 0 Brandon Lasses 5

Brandon started brightly and went 1 - 0 up when Lilly Reynolds scored following good work from Rachel Lynch. Lilly hit the cross-bar twice before half time.
Brandon upped the tempo in the second half and Nadine Basson hit the post shortly followed by her first goal of the game. Amber Browne came out of goal to play upfront with good effect, allowing Nadine Basson to score three more goals. Final score 5-0.

Sunday 15th October: St. Johns 0 Brandon Lasses 3

Brandon found St Johns Ipswich hard to break down and at half-time were leading by a single goal from captain Tash Dawson. The second half started with St Johns coming more in to the game, and it took three good saves from Amber Browne to keep the lasses in the game. Eventually Brandon took command again and scored through Lilly Reynolds. With 5 minutes left Nadine Basson got the goal her player of the match performance deserved.

Sunday 1st October: Waveney Girls B 0 Brandon Lasses 10

Brandon were quick off the mark and raced into a 4-0 half time lead , the goals from Lilly Reynolds 2, Nadine Basson 1, Chelsey Newell 1 . Second half started in he same vein Lilly completed her hat trick, Nadine took her tally to four and Kayleigh Nolan added two more. Rachel Lynch had a fine debut, Player of the match Lilly Reynolds.

Sunday 24th September Brandon lasses 10 Honington Foxes 0

This as the score suggests was a bit one sided. However credit must go to a brave honington side who never stopped trying.
At half time, Brandon were 3-0 up with a hat trick from Nadine Basson. Further 2nd half hat tricks came from Lilly Reynolds and Amber Browne. Keyleigh Nolan got her first goal to bring the scoring to a close.

Sunday 10th September (H) Brandon Lasses 4 Whitton Utd 3

Lasses had to work hard for 3 points against a spirited Whitton side. Chelsey Newell had a great first half and put Brandon into a 2-0 lead with a fine brace. Just before half time the visitors pulled it back to 2-1.
 The second half started like the first with Brandon pressing it wasn't not before Nadine Basson made it 3-1. Two minutes later a Megan Norton corner was turned in by an away defender for number 4. Back came Whitton and their persistence paid of with two late goals.But Brandon held on. P.O.M. Chelsey Newell.
Saturday 2nd September 2006
Brandon started the new season well, finishing runners up in an u13 tournament at St.John's Ipswich.
Frankie Bonnett, Amber Browne, Tash Dawson, Sally Eastwood and Kayleigh Nolan all shone on the day.
The final was against old rivals Woodbridge. The match was a tight affair finishing 0-0.
Woodbridge eventually won 4-3 on penalties.
Brandon's coaching staff and parents were very proud of all the girls who took part.
